Yes. Airbnb adds a guest service fee on top of the nightly rate. When you book direct there is no platform fee, and our nightly rate is the same or lower than what you see on Airbnb for the same dates.
The Old Town Poolside Retreat pool is heated to about 84°F at no extra charge. The Family Hideaway hot tub is included and open 24 hours.
Both homes are pet friendly. The Poolside Retreat charges $100 per pet per reservation and the Family Hideaway $75 per pet. Tell us about your pet when you request dates so we can confirm.
Each home sleeps up to 8. Scottsdale city code allows a maximum of 6 adults per short-term rental booking, and accompanying children do not count toward that total.
Check-in is after 4:00 PM with a keypad, so you can arrive whenever suits you. Checkout is before 11:00 AM. Luggage drop-off is available at the two Old Town homes for early arrivals or late departures.
No. Scottsdale city ordinances prohibit parties and events at short-term rentals, and every home has quiet hours in the evening. They are perfect for families, golf trips and Spring Training groups who want a relaxed home base.
Traveling with little ones? The Poolside Retreat has a gated pool and every baby item you can think of, and the Family Hideaway adds a swing set, playhouse and four bedrooms. Want evenings outside? The Poolside Retreat has the fire pit and pergola, and the Family Hideaway has the hot tub. If you are not sure, just ask.
