Quick answers for guests who are already staying with us.
Check-in and checkout
Check-in is after 4:00 PM using the keypad code from your check-in email. Checkout is before 11:00 AM. If you need an early arrival or late departure, message us and we'll tell you what the calendar allows.
Pool and hot tub
Pool heating at the Poolside Retreat is always on. Please keep the hot tub covers on when not in use and never leave children unattended near the water.
Quiet hours and neighbors
Our homes are in residential neighborhoods with evening quiet hours. Scottsdale does not permit parties or events at short-term rentals. Thank you for treating the homes and our neighbors with care.
